My starting point!

Well here we go, after months of planning and years of talking about doing it I have started. My real passion has always been looking for creative ways for a business to grow. I have spent over 25 years in sales, marketing, managing and operating businesses. Some very successful..some not so much. However the one thing I have always had is writing pads full of ideas and not enough time or opportunity to implement them. I have re-focused and decided the best way to use my experience and passion would be to work with small to medium businesses to help them grow loyal customers. That is the bottom line, you can make the best pizza in the world or deliver the best cleaning service but without loyal customers coming back and sending referrals to you...the bottom line is going to be a red one, and no business no matter how good or great the service or end product is will survive in red ink for long. So that's where I come in or more specifically my vehicle for providing this service comes in, Whiteoak Marketing & Business Development. I love the idea of helping small business, I have always been a fan of small business and what it brings to the economy. So here goes, hold on and let's enjoy the ride!
