Take the first step......

It sounds corny but there is that quote by Lao Tzu "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."
Every successful person or business or venture starts with that first step, that first conscious decision to move ahead to the next step and the next.
Many of the people who take these first steps do not continue past the first few the successful are the ones who take the first step the second and the the third.  Even if someone falls then the next step and the next are what moves past the ordinary to the great.
I have taken many first steps, but only in a few cases have I taken the next and the next.
It is no coincidence that those occasions were the ones that brought me success.
Don't underestimate the first step, and then take another one each day.  The cumulative result of many steps will be a great journey.
